Document Reception
We receive documents in the following formats: Word, TXT, HTML, PDF, Power Point  or image and animation files. ( Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, etc.)
We also receive printed document formats, photocopies, handwriting, etc. The transcription has a surcharge of 25% in the total value of the translation, plus shipment costs from Chile regions or abroad.

Quotation
You get a quotation depending the type of document, language and extension of the text to translate.

Translation
We translate and check the text. The first page is send to the client for evaluation. Any comment about intention, form and style is received form the client during all the translation process.

Payment
Now you proceed to pay for the translation services, using bank deposit on Chile, and Western Union money transfer if the client is from abroad.
In translations of more than 10 pages, we charge 50% of the total value in advance.

Delivery of translated documents
The translations are delivered in Word or PDF format to your email. In web site translations, we deliver the source files (Photoshop, Flash, etc.) and the HTML, images and animations.

After-Sale Service
The original files and translations are kept in our servers for undefined time, except if the client ask for the contrary. Every correction to the translated text can be made during a period of 3 months since the delivery date (max. 30% of total text).
